CoffeeHouse
We built this app for CoffeeHouse to enhance their customer experience and make it easier for customers to order and pick up their favorite drinks and snacks. With the CoffeeHouse app, customers can place their order in advance and pick it up quickly and efficiently, reducing wait times and minimizing the chance of errors or incomplete orders. Additionally, the app allows customers to explore and discover the exclusive coffee-based beverages available at each location, encouraging them to visit more CoffeeHouse shops in different cities.
By building this app, we aim to help CoffeeHouse create a more seamless and enjoyable coffee shop experience for their customers.

One of the problems that inspired us to create the CoffeeHouse app was the challenge of managing the ordering and pickup process for customers in a way that was efficient and error-free.

We recognized that customers were often frustrated by long wait times and incomplete or incorrect orders, which could damage their overall experience at the coffee shop.
User Research.
Our approach to designing the CoffeeHouse app was centered around a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. We conducted foundational research through observation and feedback, which allowed us to identify some key pain points experienced by our target users.
By gaining insights into the user experience and taking a user-centered approach to design, we were able to create an app that addressed these pain points and provided a more seamless and enjoyable coffee shop experience for customers

Persona.
At CoffeeHouse, we have developed personas to gain a better understanding of our target users' needs and behaviors. By creating fictional characters that represent the characteristics and goals of a larger group of users, we can identify the specific pain points and challenges they face when using our product. Our personas are based on extensive user research, including observation and feedback, and aim to reflect the lifestyles and preferences of our customers. By understanding our users' needs and motivations through personas, we can design a product that is tailored to their unique requirements, ultimately improving their overall experience with CoffeeHouse.
